a few weeks ago i read a thread that said Nisei LICP was made in China and i will be honest it bugged me a little because i am a Nisei fan and i know for a fact that that their stuff is made here in our country. Kind of sucks how people could just make shiite up!!! So lucky me i found a link that proves that. And also this link will really educate you on the reals about LICP. check it out!!!

Why would it matter where it was made? If it is a part that has been proven time and time again to work well , fit right and is strong it shouldn't matter.

you are actually right but to take credit away from nisei saying that their hardwork is basically importing stuff from china. but if you read the post that i am talking about it is actually talking down on nisei, to be honest it just gave me a bad vibe. that's all!

actually nisei pumps them out straight from cali i believe. infact when i returned my upper pipe because the polishing was sub-standard, he explained to me in detail why its not a mirror shine and the cosmetic flaws to it. then he explained he will get them to reshine it for me. now if the process was done in china, would nisei really eat the cost of shipping it back to china to get it polished just for me? doubt it.

also doesnt make sense to make and bend the pipes in china then send it to cali for polishing/powdercoating. why not just do EVERYTHING there?

Where did this rumor start? People are so full of crap. They have nothing better to do than to rumormonger. Get a life and let Kevin continue to make superior products in peace.

Nisei is top notch and very easy to deal with. I ordered from them and the lower pipe fits very nice.

It doesn't matter where its made, as long as the quality is up to spec. But kudos to Nisei for keepin it in the USA

read post #41 by ets tom. it is actually pretty surprising that it came from another reputable shop. it is just not right for them to say something that they were not sure about. but rather make something up, because no matter how you look at it somebody new is going to read that post and nisei will most likely forever look bad in there eyes. that crap needs to be corrected.

Looks like the thread got deleted? I can't access it. Well, I hope Tom learned his lesson. You can't bash vendors on this forum and think they will go unanswered.

There's been a lot of anti-China bashing on here in the past. Mostly from vendors.

Yes, but we expect more from vendors.
