thoughts on weapon R intake manifold?

Charlie had the Weapon-R, but cracked some welds. He now has the Magnus. Aby has put his own TLC into the Weapon R he has, and if the quality is anything like his other stuff, that particular Weapon R will be fine.

I just purchased the Magnus myself, and will be putting it on in the next few months so we'll all have some more data. The Weapon R and the Magnus should be in the same ballpark, numbers wise.

i have seen far uglier intake (dyno dev. only) set-ups make great power on the dyno.

i agree, this manifold is nowhere near as sexy as the ams unit, but i feel the weapon-r manifold will get the job done within the rpm range that i plan on twisting my oem rod bolted engine along with my fp-grn.....i cant wait...but have too
it's ugly for sure. the power curve looks good. you're rewelding yours? nice!
