Actually he is right. It spools "like stock". I have it too and the difference is spool up is quite negligible. Most people will hardly feel a difference at all. That is my opinion with over 68,000 miles on my stocker. The new Green feels incredibly similar. You are making it sound like its laggy or something. The actual difference is like 200rpm if that. That isnt even worth talking about.

I think that considering the additional power the Green makes it is not very laggy. I really like the turbo and think it was a fantastic upgrade.

It, however, is not as fast spooling as an VIII turbo.

turbo-back, short ram intake, greddy type-s, forge mbc, walbro 255, upper and lower IC piping
So I would invest in new injectors almost no matter which turbo I choose and cams would probs get done at the same time as the new turbo

Id heavily consider an upgraded intercooler as well. Also, I assume you have an upgraded clutch?

Forced Performance is probably the best place in the country to buy a turbo from. They don't have all the kit offerings, package deals, etc. that Buschur or AMS offer. FP concentrates on their turbos, even Buschur and AMS get turbos from them on occasion. If you're in the market for a custom bolt on turbo you will do no better anywhere.

well if you mostly autocross in your car then if you shift right the FP GREEN should work just fine for you man. It has slightly more lag but pays off with the punch of power it has. But look into it a little more and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the fp green though.

Good luck getting some info from FP on their Black...they told me there was a waiting list of almost 40 people and the guy told me that they weren't allowed to say anything about specs. All he said to me was the obvious...its bigger than the red.
