i'm interested as well. I just got a used one and it came with a green, red, yellow, and a spring with very little color that i'm guessing is the blue.

The blue colored spring is perfectly fine for stock boost levels up to about 24-25 PSI.

Blue is the one that is already installed in the Bov correct? If it is, I'm having some flutter problems. I have not had time to removet the BOV and insert the shims to strengthen the spring.

It occurs usually in 5th gear when I'm boosting low psi.

shims should help?

Yes, the blue colored spring is the one that is already installed in the Bov. I have a blue evo 15 dv and I'm boosting just fine at 23psi and sometimes 24 psi.

I never opened mine to insert any shims (don't think i need them) but noticed a lil' fluttering on my first install.

What I did was that I made the passage of air from the hoses at the UICP to the DV and from the DV to the air filter as straight as possible and it reduce the fluttering a lot.

Anyways a lil' fluttering means that the DV is really doing its job of controlling the passage of air when closing and opening the Throttle. My 2 cents.
