my car cuts out when i get on it right when it starts building boost

 

is it sputtering or is it shutting down and if you keep your foot on the gas what happens?

sounds like you blew a boost hose clamp.
check your clamps.

 

change your plugs.

 

....check all your intercooler clamps and your plugs and you'll find your problem!

 

We need a much better explanation of what happens, when it happens, what rpm, what you mean by "cuts out," if it continues to happen at high rpm, etc etc etc.

If it's sputtering right when you hit peak boost, then it's plugs. If it REALLY cuts out - meaning the car shuts off, shuts down, or hits a brick wall - then you have a disconnected IC pipe somewhere.

 

I would bet on the plugs, happened to me in the past, but more detail would be nice
