The turbo kit you need and front pipe, we have stock of the front pipe and a source for different turbo kits.

Ulimate Racing use the Magna Flow muffler on their car that just ran 12.1 without nitrous and stock cams. What times have you run with your JIC exhaust?

Shiv,

Will your non-signature catback make the same power and sound the same as your signature series? and when will it be available, weeks? or months from now?

I believe that Shiv is currently working on raising the boost for the Evo using the Xede (little help here Shiv), but at this moment my car is running the stock boost (with Xede and cat back exhaust only) and putting the same numbers up on their dyno as a japanese Evo (~300-310 flywheel HP). I feel a difference in power all across the power band, but most noticeably past 4500RPM.

Our non-sig exhaust should make the same power as our sig. exhaust. After all, both exhausts are full and constant 3" with minimal bends and a straight-through muffler. At the end of the day, that's all that matters as far as backpressure/hp making is concerned. As for sound, it will sound different as it is being made with different componentry. The muffler we are using for the non-sig is very similiar to the muffler on our non sig. WRX exhausts seen at http://www.vishnutuning.com/exhaustnonsig.htm. The sig. exhausts tend to sound a bit more mellow, FWIW.

Hi there. We have been working on EVO XEDE boost control for some time now. It's been running on our car for the last couple of weeks with great results. We're setting up and tuning a customer car with a Stage Zero + downpipe on Monday and will be running the boost control feature on it. If it goes well (which is should), it will be available to everyone.

Cheers,
shiv

Shiv, I am very interested in your stage 0 kit and downpipe. I already have a bliz boost controller installed on my car. Will the xede work properly with my controller or will I have to remove it?

It will work fine with the Blitz boost controller. But honestly, I'd remove it since the XEDE can do a better, more flexible, job of boost control. With the current version of the XEDE, you will even be able to toggle between two XEDE maps (boost, timing and fuel) by a dashboard mounted switch. I don't see it giving up anything to the Blitz EBC with the possible expection of scramble modes, overboost warning, etc,. But those features will probably be integrated into the XEDE over time.

Cheers,
Shiv

shiv is an outstanding tuner and reknowned in the suby world. my 03 wrx that i had had nothing but vishnu products. shiv knows his stuf, and im absolutely sure he's not gonna cut corners on the evo. i would listen to what shiv has to say first before anything else. only thing that bothers me is, when are ya gonna make harnesses buddy? i love ur products but i sure wish i didnt have to hack and slash, i already went through that nightmare on the wrx. anyway, shiv is outstanding, u guys might learn a thing or two from him.
