What is the max boost I could run safely with my gt35r kit, with 93.

I was thinking about installing my gt35r kit, I have forge manual boost controller.
My car is currently at 338 to the wheels, with the stock turbo and supporting mods, If I was to install the gt35r kit, What would be the maximum boost I could run on my evo 9 without blowing the engine, without having the turbo kit tuned? Thank you.

Didn't you just ask this question elsewhere?

Without a tune I wouldn't boost more than WG spring pressure ... ~15 psi.

I will say after you get tuned, 24 to 25 psi on pump and 37psi to 38 psi on C16! I am pushing 37psi on C16!!!!!

hard question, no specific answer but without tuning, the more you push the higher chance the car blow up so use your common sense.

If I do install my turbo kit and my manual forge boost controler, and turn it up to 15 psi would my a/f ratios be ok/safe, with my stock evo 9 injectors and 255 fuel pump?

Don't boost untuned! Tuned on the stock block 23-24psi on pump and 28 on alky would be safe. With some race gas you may hit 30... You can run a lot more boost with a built block though. Good luck!

You really should put in your boost gauge before you upgrade the turbo. Use your head man

You HAVE to upgrade the injectors! anything over 15 psi will set it over 100% duty cycle (with out alky). Also go MAP at 25 psi my maf was done... with 820cc injectors with maf at 26lbs with alky. 20-21 on 91. check out my sig and my old evo's set up...

I am running a GT35R w/ stock injectors at 15-17 psi. I adjusted the fuel maps a little w/ Ecuflash. The car is running pretty rich to be safe until my tune.
