ok i have an exhaust leak and when i took off my intake box to mess around with turbo pipes i noticed this little vacum hose was off. im not sure it was ever on but mybe you smart guys could help me out. and also what the hell is it???

 

that's the vent hose from the stock boost control solenoid, it should run in to the intake pipe behind the maf. if you have an aftermarket intake that might be why its disconnected

 

It should be connected to the MAF pipe or capped off.
