MBC Problem
MBC Problem
Hi guys:
The last week I found a hole in the line that go from the turbo to the MBC (hallman), so I cut the line and put a brass union, fitted with plastic ties... well now I cant increase the boost more than 14 psi... that brass union, has a negative effect? like a restrictor? but my solenoid valve is not connected to the turbo, is capped and wiring connected... I really dont understand the problem. I also checked all the lines looking for a leak and everything is ok..
Please help me! thanks

The new line you used was brand new from the store and not one of the hoses that was originally part of the stock hoses?
If you have fresh hoses hooked up properly to your MBC, then it should go above 14psi no problem as long as you turn the knob enough.
