Question Mitsubishi TD05H-16G turbo

Hi guys!

IŽd like to get some basic info about Mitsubishis OEM turbo.

1. Does it have internal or external wastegate?

2. What is standard boost pressure in EVO VI?

3. Does it have double turbine exhaust gas inlets?

Hi,

1. internal
2. 19psi (max pressure at 3500rpm and wot) decreases to 14.5 at redline.
3. twin volute inlet to turbine

Speedlimit..

Edit: Ooops... didn't see the VI part of the question. I'm sure of the turbo, not sure if the ECU boost table is correct.

Internal Wastegate.

Don't get the small or large compressor question.
And I don't know that on the VI it was a twin scroll.

Mitsubishi TD05H-16G has been made with small (1.830"/2.365") and large(1.892"/2.680") compressor wheels. Which one is in EVO VI?

Here is your answer all evo's have ran this turbo TD05HR-16G the only variences have been the turbine housings. I believe the VI ran a twin scroll, but I could be wrong. If you need proof for yourself here is a Evo VII manual with a break down of the models near the bottom http://www.mitsubishi-motors.co.jp/PDF-E/evo7.pdf
