Angry Wrong Tune!!

Hi..

I got my car dyno tuned today.. and the result is much deceiving, please note that these are engine hp/tq figures!! The picture speaks for itself!

How can a 50Trim setup with the mods i have be lower in power/torque than a stock turbo? I am boosting 23psi average.. My torque curve is close to stock!!

I ran with Moosa and got my butt handed over at every run! He has the same setup with a stock turbo..

Please can someone tell me what is wrong.. My only guess is: I got a wrong tune!

My mods again:
750cc
50Trim AMS
Walbro
GSC-S1
Full exhaust 3inch

The red curves is of Mossa's (same setup of mine with stock turbo and injectors) and the blue lines are of my car

DYNO CUSTOM!!

I could never have an email tune with the setup in this car.. But the result is like a near-setup ROM was downloaded as you say! I'll download the ROM on the weekend and post it as well..

I'd hate to tell you how much I even had to pay!!

Wael

so i would just get someone else to tune your car, seems that the guy who did yours doesnt know wat he was doing

Your numbers could be low due to some many other reasons than the tune.
-Cam out of time
-boost leak
-low compression
and what not. Check all that stuff first.

We have done many custom RemotEflash tunes with much success. We have pumpgas 11 second Evos as well as autocross and meth injection champs all tuned remotely Wael.

Being that we already have a good business relationship with you, it should be an easy decision to have us repair your tune if it is not currently tuned to your satisfaction.

I would check the car over and give TTP a call, there are some proven evo's in my area with his tunes.

why didnt you rev that thing to like 8K.....the power was still climbing. you let off way below even 7k. the power probally wouldn't have even fallen off till then or at least close.

check for a boost leak tho.

Are you using a flash? Do you have any logs that you'd want to post up?

Something is wrong as a AMS 50 trim kit should hit peak torque at 4300-4500 or so on pump

Yup,
That dyno sheet looks like the spool charactoristics of a 37R kit on a 2.0. Something is definatly going on. I'd highly suggest doing a boost leak test if not already done so.

If you fly me to Dubai and back, I'd be happy to completely go over everything and get all the bugs worked out!
