as it stands now... smoother boost curve

so far i have....

buschur intake, hallman MBC(21 psi), nisei UICP, nisei LICP, turboxs DP, UR test pipe, ceramic coated/slightly ported stock exhaust manifold, ebay o2 housing, and turboxs catback. (torque clamp all around)

now when i threw on the ebay o2, i got boost creep. i adjusted the stock WG and now theres none but the boost curve is now interestingly different. the typical spike is gone but boost taper is minimal. tapers 1 or less psi top end.... the negative is i dont reach 20 psi until almost 4k rpm, just doesnt spool as quick as i remember (i think). feels like i lost alil in mid-range but pulls harder up top.

i do have two parts coming soon, FMIC and greddy bov. then i will get an Sean Ivey tuned to about 22-23 psi. now any ideas on improving my spool-up? inputs welcome.

Yeah, don't install that Greddy bov. I'd also check out that ebay o2 and make sure you didn't get the crap version. There seems to be 2 kinds floating around on ebay, a decent megan version, and some crappy monstrosity.

WOW, you basically decreased the crack pressure on you Turbo meaning you are bypassing boost well before 13PSI adding to lag. Adjust it back to OEM specs, you can do so by disconnecting the boost controller and then adjust the gate until it does 13PSI on its own.

Make sure that you are using the proper 02 housing, any pics??

Thats odd. Warrtalon says to adjust WGA preload untill it will hit 18psi "quickly". Then install the MBC and set final boost level.
