O2 housing question

O2 housing question

I have an 03 EVO with a AMS tubro back waiting to be installed should I upgrade the O2 Turbo outlet housing at the same time. And how hard of an installation is it. Any have any links to a good install. Thanks

It is definitely worth installing. You should change to a 10.5 hotside as well. Try the "How To" section and you will see a lot of threads on it.

Still pretty easy, but a little more involved, I'd recommend the 10.5 at the same time as well if you cna find one. I ended up porting my O2 housing because I was broke. Definitely let everything cool and spray the bolts to let them sit overnight or you'll never get it off.

You dont really have to do it at the same time, it wont make things much easier... like if you were taking off your manifold and adding a 10.5- THAT would be a real good time to upgrade.
But its only 2 bolts holding in the downpipe so its not so important to do them both at the same time.
