Exedy Twin

Anyone knows if this is a daily driveable clutch? Looking to beef up so horses on my MR and looking for a daily driveable, yet strong clutch to sustain anywhere from 500 to 700 hp. What's the difference between the triple and twin clutch? Has anyone done their own clutch install? How long did it take to do?

the triple is death to your drivetrain. It doesnt slip at all so its hard to launch with. Exedy HD twin is gonna be maxxed out at 700whp. If your looking for 600, it should hold that, but repeated launches is going to kill that too.

I have the exedy hd twin in my own car and I love it. Its a little grabby but its not bad for the power it should hold. It also shifts very good at high rpm's, its not exedy or tilton carbon, but it still shifts good. if your interested in getting one shoot me a PM, we keep them in stock and I believe have the best price on evoM!!!

I have the exedy hd twin in my car also and so do several of my friends. It is a great clutch. One of my friends had the triple disc from exedy in his car and it seems like a pain to drive. He would have to slip the clutch on the highway or all the way up the line at the track to heat it up enough so it wouldnt slip. Besides from having to heat it up it seemed like a great clutch to put down tremendous horsepower.
