Does anyone have any experience with the Apexi power intake drop-in filter?

I know that many people have the Apexi power intake that is the cone filter and it is a very good dry filter design, excellent in filtration and performance/airflow. I was wondering if the drop-in is made of the same material, can be reused in the same way (compressed air through the back to clean), produces similar flow rates, etc.

I can only find it on a couple of sites, mostly in Japan. I don't want to bother if it is just a normal paper filter. But, if it is basically a power intake filter, just in a drop-in form, I may give it a shot.
