I'm looking for information on howto add oil squirters to the 2.4L block when doing a 2.4L swap.

You need to talk to one of the shops that specialize in 2.4L builds. It's about 50/50 of people who say you need the oil squirters and those who say you don't. Road Race Engineering near Los Angeles built my 2.4L and they have a machine shop that is very knowledgable about how to do it.
