I have the Hallman Boost controller with the In Cabin knob. I wanted to know how to open the boost controller because I think the ball inside gets a little stuck. When I first start the car in the morning, I hit the gas to see where the boost is gonna go to, It went to 1.5 bar and I let off [I have it set to 1.3 bar]. As soon as it boosts up that high just once, I try again and it holds steady at 1.3 bar, exactly where I have it set to. My guess is that the ball is a little stuck and I need to lube it up. Can someone tell me how to open up the Hallman boost controller so I can get to the spring and ball?

 

Take off the nipple on top of the MBC. The one facing directly below the knob.
