I am putting an AMS turboback exhaust on this weekend do I need to get it tuned before I can drive it or beat on it.

 

It wont hurt your car to drive without a tune. You will make more power once you tune the car with your TBE though.

You will make more power over stock just by bolting it on and driving. The car is pretty conservative from factory so there is some margin to play with, I doubt you will have a problem while getting on it. I say wait to get a few more mods then get a tune.
