i suppose. i would rather filter as much out as i can for a daily driver though. if it's a straiht race car, then i wouldn't mind.

that means it does the worst job at filtering air =-)

KN+maf adapter ftw. I run a nice and small KN cone filter so it fits under the stock snorkel and box top. (good for stealth, good for cold air coming into the engine bay)

I run this, cost me $50, I put down identical numbers as someone running the bling arc box, with our other mods being very similar.

I have the HKS RS but i do wish i used a diffrent one instead. Ok i might make more power then the rest but it is worth it since it doesnt filter as well? It does suck more air but guess what its sucking hot air from the motor too. i will be getting an induction enclosed one in the very near future

i just like the apexi unit becuase in tests i saw it made good power, had the best filtration, and was a dry filter(no oil like K&N)so you don't get oil all over your MAF.

the HKS problem can be solved with a call to Outerwears. Search for it. ...and as far as intakes go, as long as you don't use a flimsy intake pipe, like a samco hose or something, then you won't have any problems. (They collapse under hard boost when the turbo starts sucking hard.)
