NEW Product Release: AMS Brake master cylinder brace
In the quest to bring race car engineered parts to the public we have yet another!
-Introducing the AMS Brake master cylinder brace
The factory Brake master cylinder is mounted to the firewall and under severe braking that firewall can flex as much 1/8 of an inch. This movement effects brake pedal feel and brake response. The AMS Brake master cylinder brace helps eliminate this by bracing the Brake master cylinder to the chassis and preventing firewall flex. This yields a much better pedal feel and brake response.
Some of the finer points of the AMS brake master cylinder brace:
-constructed of 100% aluminum for weight savings
- Professionally Tig welded here in house
- Designed in CAD at AMS
- Stress analysis tested
- Can work on virtually all small battery kits
- Adjustable to allow for preload by the drivers preference
- Less than 1 lb in weight!
