RPMs rise when clutch pushed in?

I've noticed this problem on my new Evo IX for a while now - oftentimes, when I accelerate moderately hard and then go to shift to the next gear, the revs will rise a little bit while the clutch is depressed. It doesn't happen every time, and if I wait a bit longer with my foot off the accelerator won't happen at all. Still, I've tested it where I made sure I was no longer on the accelerator, pushed in the clutch, and the rpm's still go up a little. Is this normal or could it signify a problem with boost blow-off?

Kind of sounds like maybe a sticky throttle body or cable.

Mine did something similar for the first month or two I had it, but it went away about the time I did some mods so I don't know if the mods fixed it or if it worked itself out.

I have the same issue with my 03 with 50k. It get annoying, because I think the clutch is going, then I remimber that it would raise before I depress the clutch.
