Is Mitsubishi selling me wrong Transmission Fluid?

I asked for the price for GL4 Diaqueen Super Multi Gear Oil. I got $57.56 from a Mitsubishi Dealership. Is this the right Transmission Oil im getting quoted for or is it a different one? I've seen it online posted for about $80. Is there an offical Mitsubishi Part Number I can tell the guy to look up? Thanks

For a 2006 IX MR

MZ313376 is for the gl4 super diaqueen. They are probably giving you the price for the GL5 LSD diaqueen fluid.

Diaqueen is not for the transmission. Its for the rear end and transfer case.

Actually there's one for the trany, one for the tc, and one for the diff . All called Diaqueen similar to Mobile1 having a diff fluid, tranny fuild, and engine fluid.

The "cheaper" diaqueen as someone stated is for your transfer case, and rear differential. Now, the more expense one is strictly for the MR 6 speed transmissions. I stock both, and I sell them for $34.50, and $64.85, both are 4L containers.

Honestly, if you guys ever need anything, its quicker to just PM me through here, post in our forum, or just call and ask for me at the number in my sig. The website is not really set up for ordering.

People have to stop spreading misinformation and do their research before they start to type. There are two types of diqueeen, one is the GL5 LSD diaqueen for the rear diff and the transfer case, part number 3775610. The other diaqueen part number MZ313376 is for 5 and 6 speed trannys. The can does say for six speed trannys only but works great in the 5 speed. That is a GL4 oil.
