no sealant needed on the gaskets just make sure your tq specs are right and your order is right when you tq them down. When is it going on?

Good luck on the install. I just installed mine last weekend...Let me know if you got questions!

Tip: Buy a can of Liquid Wrench Penetrating Oil. It will save you a lot of time!

the mani is ported. the ports are enlarged to the the exhaust ports on a head, not the gasket.

?? You dont gasket match the exhaust port runners to the gasket. you do match the exhust mani to turbine housing, via the turbine housing gasket.

i applied the same porting technique used to port the parts on my car, which netted the power numbers below.

the numbers may not look very high, but they are on 91 octane with a evo8 16g.

the previous highest 16g turbo'd whp that have been dyno on @ yimis' was 336 while on 91 octane.

I used buschur's fabricated turbo outlet, mated to a custom LICP.

Just installed almost the exact same setup just today!

The evogreen was a quality piece. I had the manifold, 02 housing, and turbine all 2k deg coated also got the gasket set. I need to dial in the greddy ebc now because I boosted like 25psi! So you will probably want to turn down your boost controller a bit and work your way back up again.

Ahhh,

The magical WOT portwork

My turbo has it...too bad my exhaust mani doesn't, although it is ported. It's just lacking the WOT detail work. :/
