hey guys...

many people on here know, we really like the GSC cams....

here is a car we did today.. S1's... mods are, ic pipes, intake, bov, turboback, catless, fuel pump...

run #1 is tuned (by another reputable tuner) without cams..

run #2 is runed by us, with the cams... about 1.5-ish psi more boost... depending on the pull



nice solid 20-30whp/wtq gain on our dyno... everywhere...

ill try to get some more datalogs...

11.4 afr tapering to 10.8 at 7000rpm...

granted that the previous map could have been a bit leaner... but it was knocking very very very slightly on repetitive pulls...

i really like the S1 cams... im going to do a cossie vs gsc cam test sooner or later...

You forgot to mention ported and coated exhaust bits.

I was anxious to see what you were going to do with his car.

Love the S1 cams, I'm running it with the Green! GSC S1 FTW

 

the first pull was after the installation of everything but the cams...

then they were installed, and then retuned...

the tune in the car was fairly close... needed some smoothing!

You are running the S1s also? They seem to be great cams...

 

yes it was the GG cams... great client from maryland.... good friend of another great client whose car we did cossies and a big JAM head for...

so these made about 10-15WHP off the cams?

 

yes... it basically jumped 10-15... then with some smoothing and a little more boost we were able to make some more knock free...

i really enjoy putting the GSC's in the ix's
