What kind of lines are running to your intercooler?

There are no stock "lines," but there are pipes, hoses, and couplers.

Anyway, you just need to use a ratchet instead of a screwdriver and make sure the couplers are fully seated at proper angles before tightening the clamps.

Spray the inlet and outlet of the Intercooler with hairspray and then T-Bolt clamp the intercooler hose down.

invest in t-bolts......go to the "how-to" section for a write up on installing t-bolts if you dont know what sizes to get, etc.

It should be one of the first things anyone should do when they start modding the car, but is always overlooked. The clamp a lot harder and also will help minimize boost leaks.

The stock worm clamps are p.o.s

Your clamps should look like this... "T-bolt" style

T-bolts are great but the stock ones will work for stock boost without a problem as long as they are positioned correctly and tightended like Warrtalon said with a rachet instead of just a screwdriver. The placement is most important though, make sure its placed right after the lip on the IC pipes! I am running 30psi+ on some stock clamps still. I only have T-bolt clamps on the LICP.

You're still on stock UICP to TB clamp? That is the only one that I can not get to stay on.
