Was there ever any discussion about trying the new Tial exhaust housing with the 42r?

I have a question for you on the Full Blown pump assy. Do you run both pumps all the time or click one on at preset boost? I assume you don't drive the car much on the street and such, but do you feel the rich spike in the car that the pump coming on generates?

I tried to run both pumps all the time tonite, and it baselines pressure at 63psi with the aeromotive regulator all the way down, lol.
Is 63 whats needed for idle, and if so what regulator exactly are you running?

the fuel pressure with no vacuum line connected is supposed to be 42 psi. However with both pumps running(I have them hard wired with a relay straight from battery, with stock feed wire triggering the relay) I am seeing 63psi.

I am running this FPR(http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku).

I have decided to just let the AEM trigger another relay, which I'm going to wire up this week before my tune on Fri at TurboTrix.

Ah just wondering, I just installed my Full-Blown but I have no hobbes switch or whatever to activate it yet... was wondering how feasible it would be to get it to idle with both on, guess not...

well, I believe if you let the stock wiring feed one pump, that the lower supply voltage may be just right to allow the low pressure. On my setup the pumps see full battery voltage all the time, so they are basically full blast, lol.

TTR says they use an inline that is on all the time, and let the stock setup feed the intank, and it works for them, so I don't see why it would not work for you. Try it and let us know

Hmm, I'm drawing power from the stock pump line right now, if its low enough I will let you know how it goes, just in case that doesnt work I ordered a hobbs switch tonite.

After talking with Martin with AMS im going to stick with just the VP Import. At the power level we are shooting for by adding more things to go wrong is not worth it. I'm going to try and keep her simple as possible. I'm going to work on weight reduction and suspension to make it easier on parts
