Where to get o2 housing flange?

I am looking to make my own o2 housing with an external dump tube and have looked around at serveral companies and cannot find anyone that sells just a ss flange made for the stock turbo. I need the same thinckness and outlets at the stock o2 housing has but without the rest of the housing. I would really rather not buy a new housing just to cut the flange off. Thanks,

Robert

take the gasket to a fabshop with a patern torch / pattern plasma. Make sure it has a tracer eye or some way to input into cnc/auto cad. 3/16ths 1/4 or 5/16ths ss 304 or 400 series should work fine. If you cant find a shop call your local AIRGAS and see if they know of such a shop. They will most likely be the vendor that suppliess the consumables for the torch/plasma.

I've got laser on work and was planing on cutting out som flanges anyway. If there is some int. in this maybe i can cut more. I can make it in steel, Stainless 304 and 316L and i thickness 8,10,12mm. I have all ready the cad file on my E7 o2 flange, Exhaust flange and turboflange stock. It should be ok with E7,8,9. I live in Norway, but shipping is no problem to USA. I don't want to ship to many people so if there is some int. in this, please check if one of you can split up package

Best regards Frode

Not sure if anyone else is interested but I would love to have the 02 housing flange in 304 ss and stock thickness. Also if you could make the flange to mount the downpipe to also. What kind of price after shopping are we talking about?
