well, finished, and u know what?
right now dyno result 330HP
freaking 14HP less than stock turbo!
After more than 6000 dollar spend, my HP from 344.8 down to 330. And huge Turbo Lag (it's not working until 5000rpm). and most annoying, car dies everytime i stop (because of Blitz bov? but before was no problem.)
really pissed off right now.......

If you can spend $6000 on parts then you can get tuned by a well known company or someone that knows the 4g63.The turbo hks provides is not that much bigger and has a tendency according to reviews to not produce more than 400hp, which i think sucks because you expect to get what you pay for lol. Oh! and by the way the only reason they are soo expensive is because they do everything in house, should of got a Full Race kit instead for that price.

Are you aware that DSG's dyno is a Dyno Dynamics and reads much lower than most dynos? Theres a good change that you put down the stock turbo numbers on something like a dynojet and now youre disappointed. Stock turbo VIII's don't often break 300whp on that dyno.

If DSG tuned the car it should be running fine. Don't expect any huge numbers out of that turbo, especially on pump gas.

your BOV? are you reflashing or are you on a standalone...the only way the BOV would kill your car is by needing to recirc. and you have it venting to atmosphere, that will cause it to stall out in low RPMs

that was a bad choice (in my opinion) to buy an HKS turbo kit...such a rip off. my god you could have gotten a meth injection kit and a solid buschur or AMS off the shelf kit with a 35r and still gotten a tune.

def. have another guy look into your tune...unless you know how to look at it and you have an A/F gauge...

not sure where u herd that but its wrong. the hks 3037s is a garrett 3076r with a modified hotside. this is the same turbo i have and im right at 400whp on 93 octane with 1.5 bar boost. i have seen as much as 500whp with this turbo, granted it was 30psi and 116 octane, but still.
