question for green owners: my WGA is not the typical goldish looking. its grey and it feels coated. is this the 18 psi wga? because i didnt want the 18 psi wga as im not running alky/race gas or high boost.. can anyone confirm from the pics?

That WGA is the regular IX actuator.
The Hi-PSI actuator has 2 bolts on the bottom of it, 1 on each side of the rod.

You will have to cut the Turbo discharge pipe (the chromed one), or the LICP, which ever you choose. I had to cut mine. Too long.

You must have sended your Turbo in for conversion. The brand new 20G-Lt's come with the serial numbers erased and with the single flapper hotside.

The Ebay intercooler will work good with the 20G-LT. It is the same one I have been using for 2 years with great results.
If money is not an issue, a better Intercooler is allways nicer, .

Good luck with your set-up. You will have alot of fun.

That turbo outlet and LICP will NOT work together...you need to get an OEM outlet pipe for your install...

I wish they were coating the the hotside when i got my turbo

The turbo pipe will work.
Just have to cut it. Make sure you meassure before any cutting.
And make sure the silicone couplers fit each pipe end before any work.

Here is a pic of the pipe, you can see how much I cut off. I saved the pic for a day like this, , and a pic of how the Hi-PSI actuator looks like.

No. If you do you will have a short circuit problem with your engine starter. There is a thread on this, .

That is not a evo 9 oem outlet pipe. The oem pipe is black, has a vac nipple on it and is much much shorter. The one you have looks like a Buschur outlet.

If you do cut it to work I would get the end beaded again as it can pop off without it.

Where did you get the VIII to IX kit?

Also, you cannot use the evo 8 outlet on a 9 compressor housing.

Sure it will work with some cutting...you can make anything work with custom fabrication...but its def not a 'bolt on" application as most would like...

Looks like you have to specify what pipe you want, maybe you can return it and get the OEM one?
