my transfer case makes some noises

when i was rolling on 2th gear i put it back to 1st gear
when i drive it on vacuum it makes noises but not on the boost.
it stops making nois on the boost or full throtle.
i think the problem is my transfer case.
but the noise is not problem for me. i checked the fluid and it's ok.
if i drive with this case does it make another problems ?
thanks.

no it started after this wrong shifting.
it doesn't make any noise on no load.
it makes noise on load but not on boost.
we drained the fluid and its clear.

The noise is most likely normal! Alot of evos howl from the t-case! its just wear and tear! Its just some play in the t-case differential. As long as your car doesnt hop and make loud noises in sharp turns, your all good!

did you check your tires. make sure all tires are even wear. IT could be your differential burning up from working to hard. I would drain the fluid again just to make sure. I know I had grinding sound during turning when I first bought the car. Brought it back to mitsu to check out since its under warranty and didn't want to waste my time. They said it was normal, I called bull****, checked CV joints ect... finally drained fluid and presto all gone and never came back.
