What fluid for the trans & transfer case?

Like the topic says, I'm looking to change the transaxle and transfer case fluids, but want to know if there's a better alternative than stock? Redline or Motul?

Thanks!

I just got done putting Redline ShockProof HeavyWeight in both the tranny and transfer case. I was hopeing that it would help with the decel noise, and it seemed to a bit, but not much. Cold shifting is a little better than before. I haven't had a chance to drive it hard yet so I can't say for sure how it will perform one\ce everyting is well up to temperature.

Even the LightWeight Shockproof is rated as a 75w/90 and If I were just looking to improve the shifting I would go with Middleweight on the tranny and heavy on the transfercase. But I got a gallon of heavy weight for $32 on the net and that was enough to do the tranny and two transfer cases, if your not prone to spill that is.
