Would buying a greddy turbo be worth it.

Yeah ive been looking into the greddy T67 turbo kit and all. i like greddy and i want to try and keep all the parts on my car about the same company as much as possible. so can anybody tell me if it is a good turbo system? or should i go with a different one?

Sell all your greddy parts and make all your parts from buschur or ams! Problem solved!!

On a more constructive note ... Unless your getting the kit for a steal, its not going to be worth the price you pay for the numbers you put down. But if making all your parts match matter.. Go to town.

IF you're contented with 520 WHP at max 30 psi of boost on race gas then get it. It can put out bout 430 ATW on pump gas at 22 psi but its not ball bearing and has thrust bearing problems. Gotta rebuild after running it for a while.

Of course the response is remarkable for a street car on HKS 280 cams but its too ex for what it is. The only thing I could say its good for is its reponse on spool time and full boost rpm. 4k full boost and 3500 rpm spooling hard.

If you asked me, I would go for a GT30 or GT35R.

Manifold has been known to bite the dust and crack easily.

and

Due to the housing design the car spools like a 35r.
