Come on, now, first post and you ask this? Please do some reading first. There is no exact answer, and saying "600 to 700 horsepower" is quite a large gap.

Your best bet is to either do some research or hand $20-30k to Buschur and have them build it for you with whatever they think is best.

There is no answer to that question. "Safe" is relative to the individual and scenario. 600-700whp for daily use would be fine, since you'd be way below the spool range 95% of the time, but if you try to stay at 6000+ rpm, then it won't be safe at all.

600-700HP isnt even close to being safe to drive every day, and by the way it sounds youll probably crash it.

Dude, again you're asking us to spoonfeed you answers to a very complicated question. Do your homework, do some research, and talk to the major shops who have built monsters.

You also need to work much harder on basic spelling/grammar:

to=two
knew=new
, = .

Don't knock the Springs on your impression of one person. His statements hold weight. If he wants 600hp, he's looking at 10k easy (thats just engine) 2.3 stroker, gt 35r, c16= 600ish. Daily driveability, thats questionable.

Not sure if you're new to turbos, that you would want to jump in and look for an extreme setup like that. There are a few options that would do it but I don't think you'd want to use the car to drive to your local Piggly Wiggly every day.
