meth injection and reflashed ecu?

I would really like to run meth injection but I don't want to go to standalone. I know you can do it but I was wondering how do you go about it? does a reflashed ecu have 2 sets of maps?

No, only one. TTP-Engineering has mastered meth injection on the stock ECU complete with safeguards bulletproofing the system. Its amazing.

why are you looking at 2 sets of map?

1 map should suffice because in the case of a failure OR when the injection system is switched off, the boost cut solenoid will not allow boosting above wastegate values
