you will gain about 6 to 10 hp on higher rpm with a manifold depending on witch one you get

You really only have two options, IMO.

1.) Get the Full-Race exhaust manifold. AFAIK, it is the only tubular exh manifold for the stock turbo that does not result is later spoolup.

2.) Get a ported stock exhaust manifold from Buschur.

Anything else will be a compromise.

i would get the stock one ported and polished, and while you're at it get an o2 housing those two parts will make a big difference

I went from a DNP SS tubular to a ported stocker, and I'd choose the ported stocker over the "pretty" ss mani any day. I noticed quicker spool and the powerband "feels" better from low to high rpms. However, I have no data to back this up, just how the car felt to both myself and my buddy who helod me port the stocker.

Ditch the DC mani, just my $.02

Where are you getting a DC manifold? I talked to them a couple months ago and they said they were no longer selling the manifolds they once had out because they were changing the design and would not be ready until September or so. That came from DC directly. I talked to them for a solid half hour.

As I said, anything other than the two mentioned options will be a compromise. If you search in the forums, you'll find that various manifolds have been tested for the stock setup, and the two I listed are the only ones that make more power _and_ do not end up making your turbo spool up later.

A ported O2 housing is less restrictive and will make a few HP. Not bad for a relatively inexpensive mod.
