Have you actually pulled the code to see what the code is?

I know that when I first put my exhaust on with the mechanical fix I threw a code within a few days.

I went to autozone and had them tell me what the code was and it had nothing to do with the exhaust it was the random misfire and all I needed to do was put some fresh plugs in.

I would check what the code is first before I did anymore purchasing of parts.

my .02

26 psi for your mod level is way to much.

More than likely you are knocking like crazy and losing power.

I would suggest lowering your boost to at the most 22psi.

I really hope you are tuned for that.

Again, just my .02
