I'm in the process of purchasing one in a few weeks, and I'm wondering if anyone has any prior experience with this BOV. Is it of good quality? Will it give me issues, such as stalling, engine hesitation, blinking CEL, etc.? Let me know if there are any issues with the BOV or if you have had positive experience with it. Thank you.

 

That BOV actually sounds nice. But that is my opinion. I had it for a short time on my sr20det. Anyway, stalling and cel are caused because the AFM read a certain amount of air and when that air does not reach the engine (because of the BOV), a very rich situation happens and it makes the car backfire or stall. There are way of getting around this.

1. get and afc II and tune it for a bov
2. tighten your spring on the BOV
3. search this and other sites.
