so i return from my quest. no luck. moved the tubing to the turbo nipple. took everything apart, tighten it all down. Still same problem. Sounds like its coming from the MBC the whinning sound... possible that the spring got too compressed? should i turn it in a few turns and see if it makes a difference? It sounds like the sound a really fast spinning ball bearing makes.

so you have it hooked up to the wastegat and the turbo nipple the one that sticks out the side goes to the wastegate and the one thats inline goes to turbo nipple. and still at 13 psi with a whinning noise. did you check for a boost leak and make sure your wastgate arm is attached i have had one flapper arm pop off. if thats how its set up i would change the spring in the boost controlle to the stiff spring.

i'm gonna run one last test and it'll have it down to either a leak for sure or if its the mbc... reattaching the original tubing and putting it back to the stock control.

rerouted it to the turbo nipple, took apart all the tubing and IC piping and redid everything, took apart the MBC and put it back together, works perfectly now... so in the end, didn't know where the problem was since i did all of that in one shot, but the problem is fixed! Thanks alot to everyone who helped!!

and the tune from TTP works great!!
