I'm just hoping it's a coincendence with the timing belt. I hope I'm not off by a tooth.

When I used to have this problem it would happen while accelerating at WOT and it would be like slamming on the brakes and then pick up and start accelerating again. Very irritating. Did the dealer reflash and only had it happen once since then and that was over a year and a half ago. The dealer flash works!

I've read the dealer reflash makes it impossible for any tuner ECU flashes later down the road.

Same exact thing happen to me. I had my ecu flashed and installed cams about 7 months back. This same thing has happened to me on long trips to the beach from AL. I would let off the gas then right back on and it would go away. I then noticed that it only happened when my check engine light was on so what did i do? Went to o'reileys auto parts and bought a obd2 scaner/deleter of codes for 70$. So know when my cel comes on i can read it in car and delete it so that miss fire doesn't happen. Plus i can better gas mileage. Just my 2 cents!!
