The gains aren't necessarily horespower related. The flywheel is what transfers the power from the engine to the clutch/tranny. By installing a lightweight flywheel, you improve the reponse of this power transfer. Quicker revs and throttle response. Since the flywheel is lighter, it will require less effort to transfer the power to the tranny.

I don't see how the lighter flywheel would hinder that at all. It will transfer power quicker than if it were stock. Also, launching properly requires you to hit the 2-step anyway. The 2-step keeps your revs at a consistent rpm's depending on whatever your car is tuned for. If it is staying at set rpm, then what do you mean it requires a higher rpm than normal? Doesn't really make sense.

I wouldn't trust ebay unless you could somehow make sure that is a genuine brand new part. Obviously, this isn't very possible.
I just quickly searched e-bay and saw that they are going for more than what the vendors on here would be asking anyway. You should just get it from No Limit Motorsports. They are amazing to deal with and that is where I got my clutch/flywheel from. You may not be able to get the factory warranty if it is purchased off of ebay. 201 looks good too though. Go with a reputable vendor because you always get what you pay for.

Buy a STREET ACT setup , With a STREET disc for daily Driving , I had a ACT 6puck in my car and it was pretty stiff for daily driving , I recently Swapped it out for a ACT street disc with heavy duty pressure plate. The diffrence is night and day , so much easyer to drive in traffic and will hold PLENTY of power.

You won't be able to make that decision until you pull the clutch and inspect the flywheel. You'll pay about as much for the install as you will for the clutch, so it would be best to replace/resurface the flywheel since it's a cheap option compared to the labor. Unless you've seen several examples of what a good vs. bad flywheel look like, it's cheap insurance just to replace it.
