If it was evo8dad disregard my above statement.
Yea it was Evo8dad and he does great work. I know it's nothing he did. He's a straight up guy and this is bothering him as much as me. We just can't figure it out.

the rattle could be something he left loose as well i doubt a mecanic would want to launch a car to see if the clutch would hold knowing he would be responsible for anything that gets damaged from it.

thanks^ every evo mechanic must be careful due to the time consuming removal of the transmission.

There are two different types of diaqueen.

Diaqueen Super Multi Gear oil.
Diaqueen LSD fluid.

It sounds like the wrong fluid is in the transfercase. Damage is done.

Send it to www.sheptrans.com

Transfer case damage is extremely common just after a clutch install. Something about the new level of rotational stress communicated thru the driveline. Wrong fluid would starve a bearing or two and lead to failure that way as well. Either way, you need to get in touch with Shep.

You will love me for this..Your dust shields for the front brakes were bent ever so slightly while doing the clutch..No biggie, just bend them back so they do not touch the rotor..

This is what happened to me. The dust shield bent and was too close to the left rotor
