How are my stock plugs doing? 36,000 miles

I am in the middle of changing my plugs right now. I'm still on the stock iridium plugs at 36,000+ miles.

I have a set of NGK BPR7ES I am putting in, but I just wanted to see what you guys think of my stock plugs. I haven't used iridium plugs before, but these look good to me and I might keep them in.

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

Those look just fine --- brown, but not oily.

I say brush them off with a fine stainless brush and run them. as long as you are not getting miss fireing or running rough under boost, they will be just fine. others will say change your plugs every 3000 miles. not needed as log as you arnt having any troubles.

hard to tell for sure but is the grounding electrode starting to wear, get rounded, or errode, bottom picture kinda of looks like it. if yes, i say replace them, but if no, then put them back in, but dont brush them. this can contaminate or damage them.
