Boost down, but LoadCalc up???

My boost gauge is showing lower than normal pressures, but data logging shows LoadCalc is higher than normal. Gauge is peaking at 20 tapering to 16psi. LoadCalc is hitting 300.

If I have a boost leak, and if LoadCalc is based on MAF data, then a lot more air is moving through the MAF than is going into the engine. So it seems possible that boost could be down, but LoadCalc still reads higher. Does that make any sense?

If I'm off track, please point me in the right direction!

I sure could use some help, or confirmation, or at least a slap in the face?

Can't someone at least tell me to SEARCH, SEARCH, SEARCH?

We'll I've done that. There are only two threads that contain the word "LoadCalc" in the title. So there!

Use 2 Byte Load instead of LoadCalc.

You may very well have a leak... the only way to know is to do a boost leak test.
