HKS Evo IX cams and tune results
hard to say no to that!!! but then again it is on 93 oct... but for some odd reason I don't think it'd make a 42 whp difference, I could be wrong?!
Yeah a back to back test wit jun hks and cosi would be nice and would make me be commited towards one cam.. I was waiting for jun to come out before I decided on a cam set.. So now I just have to wait for a 91oct dyno before and after
true, we need that test between HKS/JUN/COSI

well the fact is the cams on the market have been tested. the numbers are at least documented even if there is no apples to apples comparison. what is hks doin' for us? or any of their distros... nada
OKIX just ran a 10.93 on FP-Green using the new HKS 272 intake (already had the exhaust) in a IX. Previously had run 11.31, but better tune and tires when he ran the 10.93. Still, the HKS 272's were in his car when he ran the first 10's in an Evo IX using an FP-Green. Power through midrange and topend was a noticeably increased when reviewing the timeslips at all measured points. Very satisfied, not to say that something else wouldn't work better, but satisfied with the results.
