Many members have reported that after using BG syncroshift they noticed an increase in metal particles during the oil drain. Its probably because BG is so thin it does not protect as well. It shifts great though. I used to use BG myself for about 30000 miles and they only problem is an occasional second gear grind. I switched to straight redline MT90 and have not had a gear grind yet. Its only a tad bit tougher to shift with the redline.

No problem. Let me know how the car runs after you get everything installed.

Actually we got everything installed on friday last week, and it was of course done same day.. She said the car ran MUCH better after the change of fluids.. The idea of adding lsd addative was smart, and mitsubishi didnt have a problem doing it

thanks alot for the help

Awesome i'm glad everything worked out. Did you end up using any OEM fluid? You said you might use it in the tranny. Oh and did you change the coolant?

yup, it did and does run a lot better. In fact, some of the noises it was making, stopped and it's continuing to run very smoothly. Let's hope it stays that way.

+1 on the thanks for the help
myself, and the evo really appriciate it.

Yups, we did redline 10w30 in the engine and reline rear diff stuff + half bottle lsd addative.. no clutch/brake fluid. and OEM fluid for tranny and transmission

probably for my personal car when i get my tranny fluids changed i might do Redline as my cars racing and going to be continously raced

I noticed that too. A lot of the decel noise and misc. drivetrain noise went away or got quieter.
