You can still hit 22psi and have a boost leak.

Do a boost leak test!

I think very low. Look at my sig, An like the others do a boost leak test, you have to be losing power some were, my only difference is front mount but now way its like 85 whp???

10.1 afr is really really REALLY rich, lean it out and i bet you pick up a considerable amount of power, if you are running the maf still (which i assume you are) and you have a boost leak it will cause you to run rich and loose power. sounds like you need a boost leak tester
