Okay wanting to know if running a test pipe like the megan racing pipe which has a resonator will adversely affect performance versus a straight pipe?

 

someone has to have idea?

 

depends if the diameter of the megan test pipe is smaller due to the resonater. if the diameter is 3 inches through the megan testpipe there shouldnt be any hp loss. but if the resonator in the megan decreased the diameter to lets say 2.75 there could be hp loss.

 

megan has no internal tapper it is 3.0 straight through and resonator has sound denseing like material to keep the exauhst not down.
