I would suggest motor mounts or engine damper kit and proably a upgraded front mount. That should put you right at 800 or maybe a little less

that's a very bad advice to gain much power out of $800
a FMIC wont add any noticeable HP gain like cams do .

How do the BC cams stack up. At 300 and change you could do more with 8 bills.

I believe the GSC's have proven to give you more power through the entire band where HKS is a little more top end. Read the review here on the site of the GSC's. The EvoM project car switched from the HKS to the GSC. HKS are great cams, but the GSC's i think are better.

JUN is a bit of an overkill on the stock turbo .. plus they aint cheap and Springs and retainers are recommended so it's a bit over your budget of $800

Your First thing to decided is which direction you want to go in. How far do you actualy plan on taking your upgrades ? You want to run 10s or you content with a 50 trim and under? ECT....

For the stock turbo i would stick with set of BC 272s for the price, If your want somemore go with GSC really nice cam for the money.
