Tranny Sealant??

So I am getting ready to do my clutch and the tranny is leaking slightly around the black inspection cover on the bottom. The manual says to use a Special PN sealant as it doesnt have a gasket.

Any other suggestions on what to use...>RTB, Gasket maker or just silicon???

TIA

you can use rtv silicone the gray one. that works just fine. is it leaking from the oem seal or through the inspection hole?

yeah RTV is what i meant. I think it is the oem seal. I need to have a better look though. I know the torque on those bolts is only about 16ftlbs cause I already re-torqued them to make sure they werent lose.

Use only Mitsubishi branded grey goo RTV .. I hear that when you order a tube the Borg CPU at Mitsubishi corporate issues you your own personal JDM part number...

Or not.
