I see you got a BR evo... why don't you ask Buschur themselves, since they would know much more about their setup than anyone else on this board.

I use Motul 300 V Power 5W30 esther-based synthetic all summer including usually 15 track days. I use Motul 5W30 Eco-nergy 100% during winter months. No breakdown or anomolies when running the car at high RPMs for 30m or more at a time in the summer. No startup or driving issues in the winter.

I'll use the same oil for 4 track days and again, I never have to add mid-day.

I don't recommend Motul if you're looking to stay within a budget, nor do I know if non-esthers will have the same 'no breakdown' results. If I were not using Motul, I would use a 10-40 or 15-40 Amsoil (I forget which they have).

As far as filters, I use oem.

BY THE WAY, I'M IN THE NORTHEAST

personally i am going even lower... i will try the Amsoil Series 2000 0w30 synthetic...

In short bursts like the dragstrip this oil will perform perfectly... and now in witner time it will be even better than the Redline 10w30 which i use right now...

personally i dont keep any oil more than 3000 miles in my engine...
